This year’s Golden Globes red carpet was unlike any other. Instead of a sea of colour we are used to seeing, celebrities wore black in support of TIME’S UP, an organization advocating against sexual assault, harassment, and inequality in the workplace — not only in the entertainment industry, but across all industries — for everyone. Powered by women, TIME’S UP addresses the systemic inequality and injustice in the workplace that have kept underrepresented groups from reaching their full potential. “No more silence. No more waiting. No more tolerance for discrimination, harassment or abuse” was the consistent message that women were sharing with the media from the red carpet. A change from their usual conversation of focusing on what, or who they were wearing, these women recognize that sometimes, there are more important topics to discuss.
Let’s take a look at a few of Swagger’s best dressed women of the 75th Annual Golden Globes of 2018.
Selma Hyack
Sangita Patel
Kerry Washington
Emilia Clarke
Catherine Zeta-Jones

Mariah Carey
It is clear that the women dominated the red carpet this year, not only with their powerful message, but through their fashion.
