Miles Teller Debuts The Finnish Long Drink in Toronto

When Miles Teller touches down in Toronto, it’s not just for a quick promotional appearance—it’s an event.

Last night, the actor and co-owner of The Finnish Long Drink took over two of the city’s most coveted venues—LOCAL Public Eatery and Cherry’s High Dive. The event celebrated the highly anticipated launch of the brand in Ontario, now available at the LCBO.

Teller, whose cinematic resume includes Top Gun: Maverick and Whiplash, is no mere figurehead for the brand. After discovering The Finnish Long Drink at a tasting in New York’s Lower East Side, he invested in the company, quickly becoming an essential player behind the scenes. His personal favorite? The Traditional, a no-nonsense blend of gin, juniper, and grapefruit—a drink as bold as its origins in 1950s Finland.

And Teller isn’t alone in backing the brand. DJ Kyga, who was introduced to The Finnish Long Drink at Teller’s wedding, also became an investor, alongside pro golfer Rickie Fowler. The star-studded roster speaks to the drink’s effortless appeal—a crisp, refreshing cocktail that feels as much at home in a high-energy Manhattan bar as it does on a sun-drenched patio.

The night kicked off at LOCAL Public Eatery, where the crowd gathered from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, ready to sample the spirit of the brand that’s taken the U.S. by storm. But things really heated up at Cherry’s High Dive, located at 488 Wellington Street West, where the celebration continued well into the night. From 10:15 PM until midnight, the venue was transformed into a scene of electric energy: music, cocktails, and an eager crowd soaking in every last drop of the Finnish Long Drink experience.

Teller’s involvement is more than just a personal stake; it’s a full-throttle endorsement of the brand’s potential as it expands beyond U.S. borders. With its sleek packaging, storied Finnish heritage, and a co-owner who understands the power of presence, The Finnish Long Drink is poised for success in Ontario—and beyond.

The Finnish Long Drink is now available at LCBO.
