Menopause Coping Strategies 

Although these nagging symptoms are natural and ongoing, there are several lifestyle changes the Goop guru incorporates into her daily life, such as diet and exercise, to alleviate her symptoms.

Diet- Eating the “right” foods is important. By increasing your intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein, diary, and whole grains, you set yourself up to lower your menopause symptoms.  Likewise, try avoiding spicy foods, alcohol, and fatty foods.
