Taking Chances

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
  • 0.75 oz Lo-fi Gentian Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Gonzales Byass Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Orange bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon twist and a flower

Instructions:

  1. Build all of your ingredients in a mixing glass with a bit of ice.
  2. Stir well, strain into a coupe, and garnish with your twist and flower.

Midnight Magic

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vanilla & cinnamon-infused Mezcal Rosaluna*
  • 0.75 oz Passion fruit liqueur (CHINOLA is our fave)
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 bar spoon Mascarpone cheese (optional, but so worth it)
  • A splash of Rosé champagne
  • Garnish: The perfect lime twist

Instructions:

  1. Grab a mixing tin and add the mezcal, liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and mascarpone cheese.
  2. Shake it all well and strain it into a chilled coupe.
  3. Top with champagne and garnish away.

Cuffing Season

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
  • 0.75 oz Local honey
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 4-5 oz Hot water
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel & cinnamon stick

Instructions:

      1. Pour Rosaluna, drizzle honey, and squeeze lemon juice int a 6 oz tempered mug.
      2. Top it off with hot water and stir until the honey is dissolved.

All Buttered Up

Ingredients:

    • 4 oz Hot water
    • 2 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 2 tbsp Batter*
    • Garnish: Star anise & cinnamon

Instructions:

      1. Grab a warm mug and stir the batter* and Mezcal together.
      2. Slowly add half the hot water, stirring it all together before adding in the remainder.
      3. Give it one final stir, garnish, and indulge.

*Batter Recipe
Ingredients:

    • 1 stick Butter (brought to room temp)
    • 3/4 cup Packed brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
    • 1/8 teaspoon Ground allspice
    • 1/8 teaspoon Ground ginger
    • 1/8 teaspoon Maldon Salt

The Antidote

Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 1. oz Vermouth
    • 0.75 oz Aperitivo
    • Garnish: Grapefruit swath

Instructions:

      1. Stir the ingredients with a bit of ice
      2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with more ice.
      3. Garnish with grapefruit

Daily Grind

Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 0.5 oz Lime juice
    • 4 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
    • Garnish: Lime shell and candied ginger

Instructions:

      1. Open a (ginger) beer and slice the lime.
      2. Build a drink in a chilled mule mug then fill with fresh ice.
      3. Garnish with lime shell and piece of candied ginger on a pick.

The New Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Reposado tequila
    • 0.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 1 tsp Agave nectar
    • 2 dashes Bitters
    • Garnish: Flamed orange peel

Instructions:

      1. Add bitters, agave nectar, tequila, and mezcal into a glass and stir.
      2. Then add ice, stir to chill, and garnish with flamed orange peel.

Seventeen Fifty

Ingredients:

    • 0.75 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 0.75 oz Lime juice
    • 0.75 oz Aperol
    • 0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse

Instructions:

      1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chilled.
      2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Wake TF Up

Ingredients:

    • 1.25 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 1 oz Black coffee
    • 0.75 oz Amaro (California Fernet is our fave)
    • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
    • Garnish: Shaved Mexican chocolate (ugh, yum)

Instructions:

      1. Build the ingredients in a mixing tin.
      2. Add ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled coupe.
      3. Garnish with a LOT of Mexican chocolate.

LFG

Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
    • 0.75 oz Lime juice
    • 0.75 oz Honey syrup
    • Garnish: One 0.25 inch thick jalapeño slice

Instructions:

      1. Combine the Mezcal, lime, honey and jalapeno in a shaker, then shake until chilled.
      2. Pour about 2 oz of the chilled soda water into the shaker tin.
      3. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and garnish with a jalapeno.
